- Oversee daily clinical and operational functions of the residential treatment facility
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans and therapeutic programming
- Supervise, mentor, and support clinical and direct care staff to ensure quality service delivery
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external stakeholders to coordinate resident care
- Monitor facility budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential treatment or behavioral health settings
- Proven leadership and program management experience in a clinical environment
- Strong knowledge of Texas HHSC licensing standards and residential care regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based treatment models
